The 6806 Open bearing delivers 11,000 RPM with zero seal friction. Accepts oil-mist lubrication through the exposed ball path. Specified for gearboxes, oil-bath pumps, and motor end bells where the enclosure already blocks contaminants. Open configuration supports in-situ re-greasing for machinery with scheduled maintenance intervals.

The 6806 ZZ bearing uses SPCC steel shields with a non-contact labyrinth gap. Full 11,000 RPM with factory-filled polyurea grease. Shields block coarse particles and splashes while adding no friction. Default choice for enclosed fan motors, power tool gear trains, and belt-driven machinery in clean housings.

The 6806 2RS bearing uses NBR rubber contact seals. Positive exclusion of fine dust, moisture, and direct spray. Speed reduces to ~8,800 RPM due to seal lip friction at the 30mm bore scale. Specified for outdoor power equipment, agricultural sprayers, and conveyor rollers where the bearing faces direct water exposure.
