Who We Are

Yuanhe runs its own bearing factory in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu. The floor has CNC grinding, superfinishing, ultrasonic cleaning, and automated assembly. Every bearing gets measured before it ships. ISO 9001 governs the process. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 cover the rest.
We make deep groove ball bearings, 3mm to 100mm bore, open or ZZ or 2RS, ABEC-1 up to ABEC-5. We make roller bearings too: cylindrical, tapered, spherical, crossed roller, 15mm to 500mm bore. Material is GCr15. Rings are through-hardened. Custom clearance and grease specs done to drawing.

2016

Factory Production Begins

Yuanhe Transmission established bearing manufacturing in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province. Initial production line: deep groove ball bearings, bore range 3mm to 100mm. CNC grinding and assembly on one floor.

2017

ISO 9001 Certified

ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certified. Full batch traceability implemented. Incoming steel, in-process dimensions, and finished bearing inspection data recorded by order number.

2019

Roller Bearing Line Added

Cylindrical and tapered roller bearing production commissioned. Manufacturing floor expanded with additional grinding stations. Customer base passed 300 B2B accounts.

2022

Crossed Roller Bearings for Robotics

Crossed roller bearing line introduced for robot arm joints and precision rotary tables. First production orders from industrial robot manufacturers.

2024

500+ B2B Clients

Deep groove ball bearings and roller bearings shipped to customers in 30+ countries. 12,000+ OEM projects completed from the Zhenjiang factory.
